Terms of Service

By commissioning (or trading with) me, you accept all these terms below.
• When you commission/trade with me, please provide me a clear enough reference of your character.
• Any ill behaviour will not be tolerated, I will treat you with respect as long as you respect me, too. If I somehow offend you in any way, please let me know.
• I have the right to refuse your commission.Please make sure we keep in touch! I am not willing to waste my time seeking you out. Please contact me beforehand if you will be away for a certain amount of time.

PAYMENT
You are to pay before or after the confirmed sketch.
Payment is to be sent in full using PayPal, or ko-fi in AUD.PROCESS
• WIPs will be sent to the commissioner regularly (this does not apply to sketch and skeb commissions).
• The time it can take for me to finish an artwork can range from a minimum of a day to 2 months.

REFUNDING POLICY
• I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.
- If payment has not been made yet, the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.
- If I am still at the colouring stage, you may request a 50% refund. Anything past that, you have no right to cancel/demand a refund from the artist under any circumstances after payment is received.If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers.
- You will be forbidden to ever commission me, bblossomq, ever again.
- I also have every right to file a complaint and I have all the right to the money you have given me.

COPYRIGHT/USAGE POLICY
• As the artist, I have every right to the drawing, and not the commissioner/person I'm trading with. Therefore I’m allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to;
- Promote myself within any place or site.
- To display it anywhere to my liking.
- Post it wherever I want.
The commissioner/trader is allowed to;
- Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.
- Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
- Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.• The following is considered Copyright infringement:
- Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Meaning making money of it in any way)
- Taking credit for the creation of the artwork.
- Removing any watermarks/signatures.
- Altering the artwork without my, the artist´s, consent.
- Feeding my work to AI.

Any statement can be bound to change if discussed with me, the artist, prior to the commission.

Cleaned lines, colour and complex shading, price can vary depending on character complexity

Chibi (CLOSED)
Lined, coloured and shaded full body with a white outline on a transparent 1500 x 1500px canvas (canvas size may be subject to change)

*Can only order max 2 at a time
